Re-coding the skin
I have learned a lot about coding over the past five years. Both CSS and HTML have also changed a lot in the same period.
So I am starting a review and coding update for this skin design.

Yesterday I removed old HTML codes from the layout and updated the CSS codes dealing with alignment and positioning within the design.
This morning I corrected coding on the "separator" graphics display.

3/21/2018 - I added HTML codes to make the skins banner clickable. The effect is to return the user to the message board's "home page."
I added "Back To Top" coding to the skin. The ability the link adds to the user is simply too valuable to be left out of the design.

3/21/2018 - I admit it, I like clickable buttons and buttons that change colors. The skin doesn't need it, but I needed to adjust the margins and padding, so I added the codes to imitate clickable buttons while I was at it.
